Anjuman Samaji Behbood (ASB) (Mean Social Welfare Organization) was established in 1964 as a non-profit Non-Government Organization (NGO) and registered in 1975 under Directorate Social Welfare Govt. of Punjab. Started its activities with a profile of welfare. Sanitation, Advocacy and Social Forestry in Faisalabad under the Title Integrated Slums Development Programme (ISDP).

Anjuman Samaji Behbood (ASB), who are helping communities living in these low income settlements install underground piping to channel sewage to the main municipal sewage line.

ASB is also providing the technical know-how but the communities themselves are financing both the initial construction and the maintenance, and providing the necessary labour.
